Remote Support

If possible we try and resolve any issues remotely. We have invested in specialised software to take control of your computer system or Server securely through the Internet. You will be able to watch as our technician logs onto the system and see the work they perform. They will then disconnect from the session and will be unable to log back on unless permission is given ensuring your privacy.

Onsite Support

Not all problems can be fixed remotely. Our staff are available to come onsite to resolve any issues you have with servers, workstations, laptops and network faults.

We do not charge any call out fee’s just a standard hourly rate. Usually this is charged as a minimum 1 hour charge and then in 15 minute increments.

We can also provide regular onsite maintenance to look at any small issues that arise and to make sure all computer systems have all the latest updates installed.
